Will my personal information be safe when I order from your site?

Automotive Interiors Online has a secure network that uses the latest in technology to ensure your transaction is safe. We do not collect your data and sell it to other sites. We will only email you new products and newsletters if you choose to allow us to.

 

How do I pay for my order?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Our credit card transactions always use an encrypted connection.

 

Can an order be cancelled?

You may cancel or revise your order before your carpet is manufactured or your headliner material cut, which is typically 24 hours after you have placed your order. After this 24 hour grace period, a cancelled order will receive a 5% cancellation fee.

 

How long should I expect to wait before I receive my order?

Although most orders are received within 5 business days, please allow 10 business days to receive your order.

 

What is your return policy?

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for products that have been used, cut, glued, altered, or damaged through handling. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all items returned for any reason other than shipping or manufacturing issues. Any returns must take place within 60 days of ordering and shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns and exchanges require a return authorization available by emailing or calling customer service.

 

How do I install the carpet?

How do I repair or replace the headliner in my vehicle?
Easy headliner installation instructions are available here. Installation instructions will also be sent with your headliner.

 

Is your carpet aftermarket or OEM?

Our carpet is engineered to molded to the OEM standards to insure the exact make, model, and year of each vehicle. Our carpet is made in Dalton, GA USA.

 

Will the carpet be cut to the exact dimensions of my original carpet?

Your carpet will arrive slightly oversized so that you can easily trim it to fit perfectly in your vehicle.

 

Is the carpet padded?

Our process for padding varies from product to product depending on year, make and model of vehicle. It does not come attached to vinyl products but in most cases should be included with the product. Please contact us with further questions regarding padding for your vehicle.

 

Does the carpet come with cut-outs?

Some of our molded sets have seat and seat belt cut outs. We do not make cut outs on pickup truck carpets or cut outs for floor shifters.


Can I order extra yardage of carpet to match?

Yes, extra yardage can be ordered. To match, yardage needs to be ordered at the same time the molded carpet set is purchased to ensure a correct match. Yardage can be ordered by calling customer service.

 

If my headliner is falling down, can I glue it back up?

Yes, but it will only stay up until the it gets hot outside and then it will come back down. The problem is that the foam has deteriorated and the material has nothing to stick to, so it will not stay up.

 

Can I get a replacement headliner board for my car?

We do offer ABS headliner boards, either covered with material or uncovered, and you can cover them with any material of your choice. Great for the individual that wants to customize there car.

 

Can I get a premade headliner for my older car?

Yes, we do offer premade headliners for older model cars on a special order bases. Please contact us at sales@automotiveinteriorsonline.com

 

Will the car headliner kit fit my car?

Most car headliner boards measure from 42" to 66" long by 48" wide. So, we came up with the standard car kit to cover almost every car. SUV's on the other hand are wider and longer so we came up with the SUV kit which uses 60" wide material by 108" long. One thing we have found, in any job we have taken on, is that it is better to have a little more than needed than a little less.
